Pink Paris Party

My little friend Jayde recently had a 10th Birthday and we celebrated in style, with a very chic Parisian Party!! When her mom asked if I would put together a Paris themed party for her, I was all over it! We made invitations that contained a boarding pass for an overnight stay in Paris. I hear that the invitations were all the talk!!

No Party in Paris would be complete without a mime and a pink poodle of course!
This is Jayde's dad. He was such a good sport and dressed up like a mime. What do you think of my mime makeup job? He silently greeted each girl with a rose. Fletcher, Jayde's Goldendoodle, was the perfect pink poodle!

I brought over all of my Paris decorations. I loved being able to see them used outside of my own home!
I made a pink Paris banner and pink tissue paper flowers! I love the way the mantle turned out!

On the dinner menu: ham and cheese croissants, French bread and dip, fruit and cheese platter, and French sodas. For dessert, a Perfectly Pink Eiffel Tower cake!!
This was such a fun birthday party to plan! I am just really glad that I got to leave and didn't have to try to get to sleep with 9 ten year olds at my house! Joyeux Anniversaire Mademoiselle Jayde!

  1. What a fantastic cake and I wish I could have been at the party too, I'm 40+ish going on 10 so it's just my cup of tea! In fact I think I might pinch and adapt the decor and idea for my next birthday, I might be pushed to find a mime though!

  2. I am way past 10 but would love to have this party for myself. What a clever idea to have the invitation be a boarding pass and for it to be an overnight stay in Paris. The cake is just gorgeous. She won't ever forget this. Happy Pink Saturday!

This is so fantastic! Did you make the cake too? All the accessories are awesome. I don't think you missed a detail. No wonder you were asked to design the party.
    Have a wonderful 4th!

  6. Happy Pink Saturday Trisha Sweetie...
What a wonderful party you put together. I love, love seeing the decorations, and how wonderful that her Dad was game to be the Mime. Love the poodle as well. So organized.

The menu was delightful. Girl you thought of everything. So wonderful. Sweet that you shared your Paris decorations. It just hit it off perfect. That cake is beautiful. I bet these little girls will be talking about Jade's party for months to come. You may be asked to do more parties.

Thanks for sharing sweet friend. Many hugs and much love from Phoenix, Sherry
